Nav Shokar heads the Family Law group at STS Law. Nav advises on all matters related to divorce, child support, custody and access, spousal support and the division of property. Nav has substantial experience in court procedures as well as Mediation and Arbitration relating to all family law issues.

In addition, she is particularly adept at the drafting and negotiating of Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Marriage Contracts, Cohabitation Agreements and Separation Agreements.
